Summary
Significance: Commercial Building. Building part of original downtown district. Only use of Terra Cotta Brick in downtown. // c. 1880. Architect unknown. Load bearing exterior masonry walls with interior wood framing. Brick foundation walls. White Terra Cotta Brick, with decorative trim at windows, doors and at parapet. Vacant, extremely poor interior, fire damaged. Fire occurred during July 1986, started by indigents living in building.
