Summary
Significance: 1335 N Street, NW, was designed by architect C.A. Didden in 1883 as one of a block of four identical brick rowhouses constructed for landowner A. Heitmuller. (See HABS DC-784, HABS DC-785, and HABS DC-786). These rowhouses are typical of D.C. rowhouse design of the late 19th century and contribute to the locally significant Greater Fourteenth Street Historic District.
