1755 the Pennsylvania Hospital R. Scot del. & sc

Print shows a southeast view of the east wing of the Pennsylvania Hospital prior to the beginning of the construction for the central and west wings in 1793. Construction began on the hospital in 1755, the east wing was not completed until after 1761.
