Summary
Significance: This Early Transitional adobe apartment row house, with its flush front and low-pitched corrugated metal roof is the first in a sequence of similar buildings situated contiguously along the east side of South Convent Avenue. Still in use as it was originally built as three apartment dwellings this structure contributes to the planare qualities of the South Convent Avenue streetscape.
