Summary

Print shows the interior of a temple, a Native bowing on one knee and presenting a map to a female figure (Liberty?) sitting on a throne on a pedestal and holding a long staff topped with a liberty cap; a cherub is playing with a map at the base of the pedestal next to a sheaf of tobacco, and Neptune is sitting in the lower right corner between two conduits, one labeled "Mississippi", that drain into the sea.
