Summary
Significance: This fine Victorian house, built c. 1860-1861, is particularly noteworthy on the exterior because of its paneled facade, heavy bracketed entablature, bold balusters on the balconies and entrance stairway, belvedere, and scored stucco walls. Interior details of note are the marble mantels, newel, stair balusters, and heavy plaster ornamentation on the ceilings.
