Print shows a campaign banner and is another version of no. 1860-19, reversed and overprinted with the legend: "An American Flag with Portrait of Stephen A. Douglas encircled by 33 Stars in a Blue Field, bearing the names--President Stephen A. Douglas; Vice President, Herschel V. Johnson."
