Summary
Significance: Established by E.W. Ansted, the Ansted-Higgins Spring (later the Ansted Spring and Axle) Company, was the first carriage manufacturer attracted to the Connersville Industrial Park. The spring company was the cornerstone of Ansted's automobile manufacturing empire in Connersville.
