Summary
Significance: The Anton Wulff family was among early emigrants to the Republic of Texas and prospered in merchandizing business. The family joined other affluent German families who constructed homes on King William Street ca. 1870. The house is architecturally significant as a three story Victorian house with characteristics reminiscent of the "Italian Villa."
