Baltimore & Ohio Railroad, Locust Point Tobacco Warehouse, Northeast side of Fort Avenue, Baltimore, Independent City, MD
Summary
Significance: Possibly, the oldest standing building at Locust Point. Built in 1880, the brick structure has three and one-half stories and measures 317' 4" in length by 80' 6" in width. The warehouse contains three compartments divided by solid brick walls, and three large elevators. The storage capacity of the entire building is 10,000 hogsheads.
