Summary
Significance: This Cape Cod "double house" is one of the earliest in this area of North and South Pamet Roads in Truro, and is reputedly the home of Hector, the last slave in Truro. The house originally belonged to Hector's owner, Benjamin Collins, a member of one of the early families on Cape Cod who played an important part in the development of the Cape.
