Places corner stone. At 11 o'clock this morning, Mrs. Herbert Hoover placed the corner stone of the Children's Home, Bunker Hill Road and Eighteenth Street, Northeast, Washington, D.C. The ceremony was attended by members of the boards of the Country Home, the Children's Hospital, the Child Welfare Society, and the prenatal clinic, Columbia Hospital. The home will accomodate 50 children, who are convalescent. It will be operated as a home rather than an institution
