Summary: Sconce and Conover hired Hiestand to build a saw mill. Hiestand won a $423.22 judgment against them, and Sconce and Conover won $50 and $261.90 judgments against Hiestand. Sconce and Conover retained Lincoln and sued for an injunction to stop Hiestand and the deputy sheriff Probst from executing the judgment against them. Sconce and Conover wanted to set off their judgment against Hiestand against Hiestand's judgment against them. Sconce and Conover later dismissed the case.
