Camp Livingston construction worker's shack near Fort Beauregard. These are along the main highway on government property so they do not have to pay rent. Most of the people cook outdoors. They haul water from a nearby church faucet. There are no sanitary facilities and most of them have brought their own lumber for building their shacks or made them out of old trucks.
