Summary
Print shows a later view of the U.S. Capitol building from the west, with the Statue of Freedom atop the dome; also shows pedestrians in an area that now forms the National Mall. Includes a bust portrait of George Washington, right profile, on medallion, at bottom center.
The New York address for Alfred Jones has been scratched through on the plate, rendering it illegible.
