Summary
Significance: The ferry slips, sheds, and concourses comprise the harborside element of the Central Railroad of New Jersey, Jersey City Ferry Terminal, which is a National Register site. The terminal is the last vestige of the huge harborside railroad development of the Jersey City shoreline in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries.
