Chairman Legge of Farm Board appears before Senate Agricultural Committee. Chairman Alexander H. Legge of the Federal Farm Board today related his past connections with farming industry and with the International Havester Company, before the Senate Agricultural Committee. The committee today began the consideration of the nominations of board members who have been serving under recess appointments since the board was organized early in the summer.
