Summary
Print shows head-and-shoulders portrait of [?] Franics [?], above quote, "I have sworn to fre [sic] Ireland, and so help me God, I will." Framed right and left with ivy on walls upon which are vignettes with dated scenes, topped with a railroad bridge across which a passenger train is passing, and at the bottom an allegorical scene showing a woman holding a thunderbolt while riding on the back of an eagle, with outer border of railroad tracks.
Entered according to Act of Congress in the year 1869 by John T. Foley in the Clerks Office of the District Court of the U.S. for the Southern District of New York.
