Oct. 25, 1917 to Jan. 31, 1918 from the Committee on Public Information: "Regained Ground: Ground recovered near the River Meuse, near Beaumont, on August 27, 1917. The picture shows a chaplain and stretcher bearer exploring 'No man's land' for wounded and dead soldiers."
