Summary
Significance: The house is the only Georgian style farmhouse within Gettysburg National Military Park, and is one of the oldest brick houses in Adams County. Due to its size, it is somewhat atypical of the average Pennsylvania farmhouse, and its architectural features are unlike those of the houses in the immediate vicinity.
