Courthouse of Poltava used by the Bolshevists for the sitting of their council and now the Bureau of Military Government of the North Ukraine. This structure of classic design faces the beautiful grove, which is in the city garden of Poltava. In this building members of the American Red Cross were tendered a reception bby General Denikine's Aide upon their first arrival to distribute Hospital supplies in South Central Russia
