Long foot tenon for higher position of D# hole. Left hand first finger 3rd phalynx crutch soldered to body (likely added in preference to the original crutch in its normal location).

Medium: Silver plated.; 68.5 cm.
Key Holes System: Early version of the Borne-Julliot System, cylindrical Boehm system, modified with open holes, split E, left-hand F# keys, C# trill key. Upper side key, alternate G#, lower side key, B-natural. Extra side levers near trill levers for alternate B-flat (upper), lower closes G# hole for E3. See DCM 138, 308.
