DCM 0356: I. Ziegler Piccolo in E-flat
Summary
The bottom ferrule positioned about 5 mm. from the end is deep set in a groove which was achieved by cutting a shoulder and tenon to receive first the ferrule and followed by a second ferrule of animal horn glued into position to appear like the wood of the instrument.

Key Holes System: 4 keys (long F only), round flat flaps, post and rod, direct mount.

Mark Additional: Mark on head and body, covered by varnish. Mark on back of body: FA / CV
Condition: Crack on outer animal horn ferrule.
