Head joint cap and key may not be original. Cap likely not original, it has a center tapered hole which may have contained a decorative stud or more likely it was for lathe-center use. See Condition.

Mark Additional: Mark on head, upper, lower, and foot. Mark on key: 2(?) scratched out.
Condition: DCM ledger: "Good condition, except two pieces cracked off wood cap."
