DCM 0997: Augustin Grenser I; Jeremias Schlegel Flute in C

"Germany" stamped in English on the upper joint further confuses the identity. Possibly it pertains to the 1890 tariff mentioned in DCM 996, although that customs law does not apply to antiques.

Mark Additional: Grenser mark on head. Schlegel marks on lower body and foot are surrounded by decorative alignment marks. Upper joint, same, with "GERMANY"
Condition: Lower body joint socket cracked.
