Provenance: Miss Desirée Ellinger (Mrs. Henry Carte, of Rudall, Carte & Co.) Collection, sale, Puttick & Simpson, London, 29 Nov. 1934, obtained by Harold Reeves, London, on behalf of DCM, received 7 Jan. 1935.
