Summary
Significance: 1320 30th Street along with the two adjoining houses to the North is typical of simple rental housing of mid-19th century. While the interior is quite unpretentious, the exterior with the cast iron detailing and projecting entry porch forms a pleasant and humanly scaled streetscape.
