Dr. Hugo Eckner, Germany's dirigible expert and former commander of the ill-fated Hindenburg, exchanging views on commercial aviation with Fred W. Fagg, Jr., youthful Director of the Bureau of Air Commerce, Department of Commerce. Dr. Eckner, who was a luncheon guest of Secretary Roper today, is in this country endeavoring to get the United States to make available a suppy of helium gas to Germany for commercial purposes, 5/25/37
