Discuss proposed bill to place transoceanic air travel under maritime commission. Washington, D.C., Nov. 26. Senator Royal S. Copeland (right) of New York, Chairman of the Senate Commerce Committee discusses with Senator Frederick Steiwer of Oregon, also a member of the committee, a bill he (Copeland) has just authored which will place the regulation of transoceanic air travel under the U.S. Maritime Commission.
