Near Pigeon Falls in Trempealeau County, Wisconsin, a harvesting machine creates silage, fodder for animal feed, by grabbing and grinding remnants of cornstalks after harvesting and blows them into a trolley that runs beside it

Harvesting fodder, stripped cornstalks and other residue left after the ears of corn have been removed, near Columbia, New Hampshire. The remnants will be fermented into what is called "silage" and either fed to livestock or turned ito biofuel
