Ebenezer Maxwell House, 200 West Tulpehocken Street, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, PA
Significance: This house is a fine example of the Tudor Victorian style. It was built in 1859 for Ebenezer Maxwell, a successful dry goods merchant in Philadelphia. Authorship of the design if uncertain although it has been attributed to Samuel Sloan.
