Summary

Print shows a birdseye view of the battle of Esseckh (present day Osijek, Croatia) and the rebuilt bridge over the confluence of the Danube and Drava rivers near the town. The bridge after burning down in 1664 was rebuilt by Ottoman emperor Suleiman the Second. The bridge was burnt down again by the Austrian army later in 1686.
