Summary

Broadside, on recto, shows a full-length female figure, wearing a shawl, hands on her hips. The accompanying text is a song about a woman who gossips about her husband. It tells that once an IOU is paid out that her husband will buy her a car. On the verso there is an image of a full-length male figure playing guitar. The text on the verso, titled "The saloon keeper's IOU," conveys how the the saloon keeper is a good man even though he waters down the drinks, because he treats all his customers politely.
