description

Summary

Significance: The Ernest E. Hart House is a good example of a side-gabled bungalow that incorporates both Neoclassical and Craftsman elements. Built in 1915-16, it is the second Hart family home to be located on this property. The first Hart family home, built before the Civil War, is no longer standing.
