Summary
Significance: Etter Bridge is a rare surviving pin-connected camelback through truss built from early plans of the Minnesota Highway Commission. The commission began issuing standardized plans in 1911. The bridge, which dates from 1914-1915, exemplifies the commission's efforts to standardize bridge design.
