Summary
Significance: Built as a Ford Agency garage and has been used for no other purpose than an auto repair garage. Due to common and minimum-standard materials used, along with its simple and unimaginative design, the structure makes no architectural statement. Location was unaccommodative to downtown appearance past or present. Historically, it was uneventful. (Other garages were also in existence.)
