Fisher-Seymour Icehouse, State Route 13, Accomac, Accomack County, Virginia
Summary
Significance: The Fisher-Seymour house was built in stages beginning 1791-1793 and probably completed about 20 years later. This ice house was presumably built about the same time. It is 17' in diameter, partly underground, with brick walls projecting 3' above grade, and with a wood-shingled, conical roof.
