Summary

Significance: This structure followed plan 139Q in the Quartermaster General's Office. It cost $15,667.00 to erect and was completed on November 19, 1910, with brick walls, limestone and concrete water table foundation, and a slate gabled roof. The brick was joined in common bond and, unlike that of most of the other buildings, the mortar was not pigmented with red. The roof rafters had decorative tails.
