Significance: This two story, brick veneer house, designed by W.L. Bradshaw in Spanish Eclectic style was built by Mr. and Mrs. George P. Kuykendall between October 1928 and Febraury 1929. The house was designed incorporating the tower entrance and window feature from a house in Los Angeles, photographed by Mr. Kuykendall. The interior features two archways decorated with plaster rope moulding and paterae in the living room. The fireplaces in the living room and den have decorative ceramic tile insets.
