Summary

Print shows opera singer, actress, and theater producer Madame Vestris, also known as Lucia Elizabeth Mathews or Lucia Elizabetta Bartolozzi, dressed in breeches, seated between two lascivious young men in a carriage pulled by two horses named Lord and Cousin.

Not found in British Museum Catalogue (BMC).
LC copy has hand-coloring.
Notation on recto: "This alludes to a very young nobleman [...] Cousin giving Mme. Vestris a pair of carriage horses."
Listed in an unpublished P&P checklist, "British Political and Social Cartoons, 1655-1832 ... not in the published catalogs of the British Museum," compiled in 1968 (NC 1470.M4. Vol.1).
