Summary
Significance: This was one of the original buildings of the facility. This building was the Administration Building until 1924, when the Infirmary Building, built in 1921, took over that function. The former Administration Building then became known as the Service Building. In it were located the separate men and women employees' dining rooms, and employees' living quarters.
