Summary
Birds-eye view print shows plans of the battlefield near Grevelingen (Gravelines) in northern France in August 1658. Includes views of foritifications, troop encampments and locations and ships in the water labeled "Mare germaniqve." Includes inset map in lower left hand corner showing more distant birds-eye view of Gravelines and the area. In the lower right foreground are standing figures and figures on horseback under a tree looking out over the battlefield.
