Summary
Significance: Located on the edge of the lowlands of the James River, Hatton Grange Mill served as a distillery and grain mill from prior to the Civil War until as recently as twenty years ago. Machinery intact, this mill stands as a fine reminder of a period when such structures were a common feature of the Virginia landscape.
