Summary
Significance: Built for William P. Cochran, a peach farmer, in 1856, this house represents the prosperity of the peach farming industry in this area. Also in 1856, the Delaware Railroad was completed, enabling ready access to markets. Like other peach growers' houses, this is a combination of Italianate, Greek Revival, and other styles.
