Significance: This wood and frame, rectangular, transitional Federal-Greek Revival residence was built for Henry Tallman, a prominent Bath lawyer and public office-holder. It has a balustraded colonnade on two sides, a roof balustrade, and a balustraded cupola. An ell may be the remains of an earlier Federal-period house on the site.
