Significance: The house was intended as a gift from builders Francis and Eliza Isabel Henry to their daughter and new son-in-law. But title remained with Eliza Isabel until. after the daughter's divorce, she sold it out of the family. It has been a single-family dwelling, stood vacant, was converted into flats and finally given for Warren Public Library's expansion in 1984.
