Print shows Hibernia, a woman representing Ireland, lying on the floor holding a broken harp, Lord Townshend is holding her down with his left foot; on the left, Lord North reaches into a money bag labeled with a harp, while Jeremiah Dyson, standing at center in the background and caricatured as a negro wearing a striped suit, says to him, "Don't forget poor Mungo my good Ld N--h."
