Summary
Significance: Construction of Long Lake Dam was undertaken in 1923 by the Provo Reservoir Company to augment water flow through its canal to the pumping station completed that same year at the Jordan Narrows. The dam is representative of the small-scale earth-fill construction found in the Bonneville Unit of the Central Utah Project.
