Summary

Significance: Brick load-bearing walls, 20' x 120', metal cornice and pediment, tripartite window with metal hoodmold. One large open room on each floor. Pressed metal ceiling on first floor. Top corner blocks, spindles and newel post on second floor. Built about 1891 as a commercial building for Oliver S. Holt. A.H. Collard and Joseph Thorneloe originally operated meat market out of this building. In 1915-16, Lyric Theatre operated here, showing films and vaudeville shows.
