無書名葉, 無序跋。函脊題"同文韻統, 回藏文"。開卷云: "第十二譜音韻字内, 阿、伊、烏、厄、鄂五字及翻切三十四字, 並三十四字配合伊、烏、厄、鄂四字所生之一百三十六字, 共一百七十五字。"每行上下兩組, 每組上面二字分別為藏、回字體, 下面為漢文音韻。錄自乾隆十五年編《欽定同文韻統》卷二"天竺 音韻翻切配合十二譜"中之第十二譜而有所增改.
